Another Cut in the Yarn

Just when I think that I am making progress on the shawl repair, I found yet another piece of yarn with a deliberate cut. This one will be easier to fix because it is near the top of the shawl and I have less space that needs to be stabilized before and after the repair.

The single double pointed knitting needle is pointing to the last patch repaired.  The 2 double pointed knitting needles are at the my latest find of Deliberate damage to the Shawl. I think I’m going to have to go over the shawl inch by inch to make sure there are no cuts because I almost missed this cut. This brings the number up to 6 repair’s that are going to be needed.

I found that walking after each repair helps bring down my stress levels. I find this whole situation unnecessary and stressful. This is even more stressful than caring for a sick child.  I can not spin my way out of this

As an artist, I truly think the people who destroy other peoples art need to be severely punished. I have more feelings on this subject but they are truly not fit for the printed word.
